A new enrollment of students to the department established with the participation of Promomed Group at the Ogarev Mordovia State University became the largest in the project’s history

25 first-year students in the area of «Chemical technology of synthetic and biological active substances» began their studies, becoming the fifth enrollment of students in the educational project.
On September 1, the Department of Chemistry and Technology of Physiologically Active Substances at the Ogarev Mordovia State University, the specialized department of Biokhimik JSC of the Promomed Group, opened its doors to students for the next time. As before, not only young people just out of school, but also current employees of the Biokhimik plant sat down at the desks to take professional retraining.
This year the best specialists of the plant, real professionals in their field joined the ranks of lecturers. Production Director Alexei Klyuchnikov and Head of the Quality Assurance Department Valeria Anaikina will hold a series of lectures and seminars on organizing production in accordance with GMP standards and aseptic processes.

Familiarization with the general specifics of the Biokhimik’s production and the study of the biologically active substances isolation and purification technology will be guided by Valery Fedorov, a chromatography expert at the Promomed Group.
For employees who came for retraining, an updated program «Chemical technology of synthetic biologically active substances» has been prepared. At the moment, 88 people are studying, of which 75 are students of the Ogarev Mordovia State University, and 13 are employees of the Promomed Group at advanced training.
In spring of 2022, the first graduation of the Department of Chemistry and Technology of Physiologically Active Substances will take place at the Ogarev Mordovia State University, the graduates will receive jobs at the Promomed Group.
