People's Television of Mordovia: Right from school to the Biokhimik's labour pool

The Biokhimik plant (member of Promomed Group) is a dynamically developing enterprise with a need for young specialists. Since the beginning of the year, more than 60 employees have joined the team. Biokhimik is not going to stop there, the training of the personnel pool starts right from the school bench.

«The professional training that trainees will acquire is a serious launching pad for the younger generation,» said Dmitry Zemskov, Executive Director of Biokhimik JSC. «In such a science-intensive production as the Biokhimik pharmaceutical plant, qualified blue collars workers are always in demand. We invest significant resources in the development and training of future personnel, as well as in the popularization of blue-collar jobs in general.»

The secondary school No. 27 became the launching pad for cooperation. The company has equipped the technology class with modern carpentry equipment. For teenagers, this is a great opportunity to learn new working specialties right at school lessons. The new workbenches were highly appreciated by both pupils and their teachers.

Now ordinary lessons will reach a new level: the children will receive practical knowledge and master working specialties in an ergonomic and safe environment.
