As part of the cooperation between Promomed Group and the Saransk Polytechnic College, students undergo an internship at the Biokhimik plant with an opportunity of later employment. Each student has an individual plan and combines study and work. Within three months, six trainees will perform the duties of service technicians for automatic and semi-automatic machines under the guidance of Biokhimik specialists, and in the future, they will be able to start working as the Promomed Group's employees.

Promomed Group is actively developing a system of training young specialists for pharmaceutical industry. The demand for qualified personnel capable of solving the problems facing the modern pharmaceutical industry is growing. That is why Promomed Group actively cooperates with vocational schools and university level educational institutions.

"In summer this year, students of Saransk Polytechnic College had their first practical placement at the plant and showed a good level of knowledge. The next stage of the joint project of the Promomed Group and the college was a paid internship for senior students. With the development of the plant and the opening of new production workshops and laboratories, we increasingly need young talented personnel of various specialties, so the internship programs will expand," said Dmitry Zemskov, Executive Director of Biokhimik JSC.

At the beginning of the year, the administration of the Saransk Polytechnic College came up with an initiative of cooperation in training young specialists for the Biokhimik's production base; this will solve the problems of a shortage of narrow-profile specialists and youth employment.
