Promomed Group held the third town hall meeting

Promomed Group held the third, already traditional, town hall meeting with participation of the team and the management, where each employee could ask questions of concern: strategy and sustainability of business, human resources policy, the development of new drugs and much more.

Petr Bely, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Promomed Group, opened the meeting with the following main thesis: «We are not stopping deliveries, we are not stopping production, we are continuing development, we are working even harder.» He continued: «In a situation of economic crisis, we have clear priorities. Not only are we not stopping, we intend to do more this year and in the following years than we planned during the normal course of events.»

The questions from employees were answered in the studio by Maxim Smagin, CEO of Promomed, Executive Director of Biokhimik JSC (member of Promomed Group), Dmitry Zemskov, Director for New Products Kira Zaslavskaya and HR Director Yuri Troyankin. The moderator of the town hall meeting was Ekaterina Kumanina, Director of Corporate Communications.

The studio for town hall was organized in Saransk at the Biokhimik plant, where most of the employees of the group of companies are located.

The speakers answered questions about a new product to treat complications of COVID-19, the development of the company's cancer portfolio, approval of new drug products, hiring of employees and much more, including anti-crisis measures taken by the company.

«We need a startup atmosphere now to ensure that any idea, any live activity that appear, comes to the management as quickly as possible. No levels and no subordinations: we must definitely hear each other now,» Peter Belysummed up the meeting.
