PROMOMED DM LLC published the Bond Issuer Report

On April 01, 2021, in accordance with the current legislation, PROMOMED DM LLC has published the Bond Issuer Report for 2020. The document provides holders and potential investors in the company's exchange-traded bonds with information about operation in the reporting period and financial condition of the company.
As noted in the published Report, PROMOMED DM LLC (it is part of the consolidation perimeter of the Promomed Group) continues to increase production volumes and expand the scale of business. The main focus is on the diversification of the product portfolio. The expansion of antiviral and antibacterial product lines remains a priority direction of development. The company also plans to create drugs in the HIV control segments, in oncology and neurology.
For reference: the debut placement of exchange-traded bonds of PROMOMED DM LLC on the Moscow Stock Exchange took place at the end of last year. The volume of issue amounted to 1 billion rubles, the coupon rate was fixed at 9.5% per annum. The coupon payment periodicity is 182 days. The issue guarantor is the Group’s production site – Biokhimik JSC (MOEX: BIOH). The issuer's credit rating was assigned by the Expert RA rating agency at the level of «ruBBB+» with a stable outlook.
