The Dream Job: Biokhimik plant of Promomed Group increases the staff
The active growth of production, the construction of new sites, and the expansion of portfolio make the Biokhimik plant of Promomed Group a leader in the dynamics of growth and development of production in the region. The company increases its staff and additionally opens more than 200 vacancies in engineering and blue-collar specialties. For Danila Yamashkin, the internship was also very useful and allowed him to become financially independent. However, the young man's priority is still studying.
«University teachers are quite forthcoming. They can even develop an individual personalized training plan that would allow you to train and work. But I prefer to complete my studies without any indulgences, and then return to Biokhimik with a diploma to do first-rate work,» Danila Yamashkin said.
One can meet not only university students at the company’s workshops. For example, students of the Saransk Technical School of Services and Industrial Technologies are trained here. Stanislava Lyubiteleva, Polina Lyapina, Vladislav Yerushov and Daniil Kolmakov are classmates. They come to Biokhimik as a ready-to-work team. Girls work in workshops: they monitor the production line, label medicines, pack products. Young men can fix any problem with their own hands or reconfigure the software on modern equipment.
