7.5 billion rubles will be invested in Biokhimik plant in Mordovia

Promomed Group will continue to invest in the development of Biokhimik’s production sites in Saransk. About 7.5 billion rubles will be invested in 2022. Petr Bely, chairman of the Board of Directors of Promomed Group which includes the Biokhimik plant, told about this during a meeting with the Head of the Republic of Mordovia Artem Zdunov.

He informed that the plant is actively developing. Now three large industrial facilities are being built, including one facility that will be used for synthesis of active pharmaceutical substances.

«We are still leaders in the production of antiviral medicines, including for the treatment of coronavirus infection and its complications,» said the director of the enterprise.

The company pays great attention to the development of medicinal products for cancer, HIV and coronavirus infections.

Artem Zdunov noted the high importance of the company's modernization of production facilities and the development of new sites. He also expressed gratitude to the director of the enterprise for the charitable assistance provided during the pandemic.
