From the new academic year, targeted training of specialists for Promomed Group will start at the three largest universities in Russia

As part of the corporate strategy for training workers, Promomed Group implements a targeted training program with the leading national universities. Applicants from Saransk will have the opportunity to get university education at the expense of their future employer and guaranteed employment at the Biokhimik plant (member of Promomed Group).

Promomed continues to expand cooperation with Russian higher educational institutions in the training of specialized personnel for the domestic pharmaceutical industry. The first 13 people from Mordovia will start studying at the D.I. Mendeleev Russian State Technical University, A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State Medical University and N.P. Ogarev Mordovia State University in September. The program is being implemented within the framework of the strategic partnership agreements signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum this year.

Promomed Group systematically works to select specialists for the pharmaceutical industry and to create the employee pool. The company invests in future employees, selecting the best educational institutions for them. Applicants passed a strict selection: academic performance, participation in contests in relevant subjects, as well as the results of the Unified State Exam were taken into account. Striving to self-development and making a significant contribution to the development of medicine in Russia was an important factor.

For many years, Promomed Group has been actively cooperating with educational institutions in the training of professionals for the pharmaceutical industry, investing in the development of research and technical base and training students of various specialties who may become employees of the Biokhimik plant in the future.
